Swiss Post fulfils its mandate for the universal provision of payment transaction services

Biel/Bienne, 27.05.2021 - In 2020, Swiss Post was able to improve access to payment transaction services in most cantons. Meanwhile, the proportion of the population making electronic payments continued to grow. In its annual analysis of the universal provision of payment services, the Federal Office of Communications has concluded that Swiss Post once again fully met the requirements set by the Federal Council.
